Fred Porter
Fred Porter is originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming and finished high school there. Received a BA from the University of Wyoming and was born again there as the result of an automobile accident in 1967. Married my wife Elsie in 1972 and we have two boys who are sheriff’s deputies in Greeley, Colorado. My wife and I currently own Monarch Spur RV Park and Campground which we operate during the summer and fall of each year.
