8:30 am- Volunteers to show up to put finishes touches on float, to assist with the pot luck area and to set up the sound system
9:30 am- Worship service in the park
11:00 am- Assemble for parade
11:30 am- Inflate bounce house and set up kids games
12:00 pm– Parade begins (volunteers to start cooking hot dogs)
1:00 pm- Assist with serving food (volunteers welcome)
1:30 pm- Open bounce house and church booth, serve popcorn, handout VBS flyers (volunteers needed for all – half hour shifts)
2:00 pm- Town of Poncha sack races, bucket brigade, horseshoe tournament, etc. begin
3:00 pm- Pie judging contest
4:00 pm- Clean-up (volunteers needed)

Everyone is encouraged to wear your Cross Roads Church shirt to show unity and make the presence of our church known in the community. Please see Andrea McClellan if you still need one.
